Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
hauslaabses accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Returned for quality-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, damage during shipping) or change of mind

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@hauslaabses.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number.

Return Shipping Costs
Returns are free of charge for all customers. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees applied to any returned items.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned package.

Refund Timeline
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). The exact timing depends on your financial institution’s processing policies and is beyond our control.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we confirmed the refund has been processed, please:

  • Check your bank account or PayPal balance again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (as processing times may vary)

Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hauslaabses.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
